    Respectful Conduct

    You must treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from courses.

    Timely Payment Obligations

    You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your course enrollment on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to course materials and services.

Conduct Requirements

You agree to maintain professional standards of conduct by:

  • Submitting original work and properly attributing any referenced materials

Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamFlow Institute, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

    Damages resulting from the conduct of third parties, including other users or external platforms referenced in our courses.

    Career or Business Outcomes

    Any claims related to your career success, channel growth, revenue generation, or business outcomes resulting from applying course teachings.

Consequential Damages Exclusion

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for damages that are not reasonably foreseeable, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business opportunities or contracts
  • Damage to professional reputation
  • Loss of anticipated savings or earnings
  • Costs of procuring substitute services or education
  • Business interruption or operational delays

Force Majeure Provisions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Educational Outcomes Disclaimer

We provide educational services designed to teach content creation skills and strategies. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as subscriber counts, revenue amounts, sponsorship deals, or career success. Individual results vary significantly based on numerous factors including personal effort, market conditions, platform algorithm changes, niche selection, and content quality. Success in content creation requires dedication, persistence, and continuous learning beyond what any course can provide.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

This choice of law and jurisdiction does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions:

    You agree to first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to find a mutually acceptable solution.

    Formal Legal Proceedings

    Only after attempting informal resolution and mediation may either party pursue formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law provisions above.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
